I figure that for those who are considering become a vegetarian, probably are not sure what are the best ways to approach it. I think offering a how-to is a good idea on how to get people started. I could list possible meals, especially easy ones for the mediocre cook much like myself.
Another idea I had was to write a trend story. I would inform people of the impact becoming a vegetarian has had on college kids. How many people our age are actually vegetarians? Is it something they enjoy? Do they see themselves as being vegetarians for the rest of their lives? What advice can they offer to others?
