I interviewed my brother who is a chef and has been cooking for over 8 years. I interviewed him on his views about vegetarianism and the cuisine. My brother is a great cook. Even though he is not a vegetarian, I know he knows what he's talking about. He gives helpful advice on ways to make vegetarian cooking a lot easier.

- I go to school and work like most people. I love living on my own. I am always missing my family and friends back home. I like to write, dance and sing. I love to be lazy and watch t.v. :) I like the feeling of just getting in the car and leaving, even if its just an hour or so away. Getting on a plane is the best feeling!
