Go without some meat.

My boss looks at me with a sad face, if I talk about what I ate that day that contained meat. I have never met a person that said they regretted their decision to become a vegetarian. I plan on becoming one later in life, but as of right now my mother says that I do not eat healthy enough to survive as one. I do not eat enough vegetables or protein. Beans are an excellent source that would compromise with the amount of protein you need per day, but unfortunately I only like refried beans. I just started enjoying eating humus, which is another excellent source of protein. There are a lot of people that are not willing to sacrifice their taste of meat, but hopefully through out the course of this blog it will influence my readers towards the path of becoming vegetarian.
